Language dictionnary on Pocket PC with save option

I am looking for bilangual dictionnaries (En-Ge, Fr-Ge) that allow the user to save in a list the words that have been looked up, in order to be able to go back to the list later and learn the words. Anybody knows about such software ? (actually, even for a normal PC ?).
