The specs include a 3.7" VGA screen, Intel PXA270 520MHz CPU, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, dual 802.11b/g support, Bluetooth, 1MP camera, Windows CE 5.0, and an incredibly high 20 hour battery life.
