Anyone out there have experience using a Sandisk 802.11b + 128MB Wireless Compact Flash CF Card on an Axim V? I can't bear the thought of parting with my beloved V, but want to have wireless capabilities. I can get above-mentioned disk for $29.99 + $9.99 shipping on Ebay.

Advice anyone?
Anyone?

1) don't post the same thing in multiple forums. It's not necessary. The front page shows all the newest posts, and most of us scan the new posts from there.

2) That's a good deal. A friend uses the Sandisk on his Axim, and it's no where near as fast as my 4355, but he seems to like it. There is an obvious delay, however, when we compare our wifi's at loading up webpages. He didn't have any problems getting it installed, as far as I recall.

I use an AmbiCom 802.11b compact flash card and it runs pretty smooth for me.

The Connect+128mb works great for wireless, but the 128mb is unaccessible. But that's what the SD slot is for!

Woot (http://www.woot.com/) sometimes has these for $14.95 + $5 shipping. You just have to keep checking back for the daily Woot. Looks like the last time they offered this was on Aug 16th (http://www.woot.com/Forums/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=113732) so I guess you might have to wait a while. It's unpredictable.

Edit:
Looks like some had a problem (http://www.woot.com/Forums/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=113732&PageIndex=5#191956) with the combo of this card and the Axim x5. YMMV
