My company runs about 15- 20 Ipacs of different models for use in the building industry. Right now our big problem is the HP Ipac 3115 and its rather limited syncing abilities. Forgive me if I sound a little confused, I have just inherited the IT position from a former employee, and just got my FIRST IPAC A WEEK AGO!!!!! Anyway, we are using a CAD program that takes a DWF file, around 160 KB, and explodes it to where it is over 8 MB while open. This would not really be an issue if it was not for the fact that they have to leave voice notes on their main memory for it to sync at night. My question is "Is there a way to have the flash card sync up with their My IPAC Documents folder on their desktops."

Yes, with MobSync (http://www.pocketpcfreewares.com/en/index.php?soft=985).
