h1910 Screen Alignment Problem

Upon turning the unit on, I can't get passed the "Alignment Screen". The target starts at the center, moves to the four corners, the screen blinks and the target returns to the center. This process repeats, repeats, repeats, repeats, etc. I am very careful to accurately touch the stylus to the exact center of the target at each position. I have soft and hard reset the unit several times. Help!!!!

I'd say it sounds like you have a damaged digitizer, but since you're able to click on the square and it accepts it, that doesn't seem like the case. But if you've hard reset it several times and it keeps happening, hardware failure of some sort of the logical conclusion. Sending it off to www.pocketpctechs.com is likey your only real option.
