Every once in awhile I will have to reboot my RX3715X Ipaq and when I do it is asking me to create a set up a new partnership. What am I doing wrong

When you hard reset your device, all data is lost and set back to factory defaults. This includes changing the name of your device to "Pocket_PC," so you'll have to change that to sync with your existing ActiveSync profile.

Tap Start > Settings > System tab > About > Device ID tab, and then enter the name you see in ActiveSync on your PC in the Device name field.
