As I've resorted to using a semi-SmartPhone for the daily PIM needs, I don't use the old 5555 all that frequently any longer. Ergo, it winds up sitting on a shelf for extended periods between usages.
And just sitting on a shelf without being connected to the A/C adapter, the 5555 seems to lose approx 10% of it's battery power each day....just sitting there powered down.
That seems rather excesssive to me. Anyone else? Does it sound like the battery's just about reached the end of it's useful life and be the likely cause, or............??
