Synchronizing files on two computers.

I have a user who wants to synchronize his MP3 data on his desktop with his laptop through a network. I hate using the Briefcase. Any software you folks recommend? It would also be nice to be able to synchronize files between his laptop and the Novell network. Thank you.

I know there is free stuff out there, but i absolutely love Beyond Compare, by Scooter Software. http://www.scootersoftware.com/ If you can open explorer windows on the two locations you want to sync, this'll git-r-done.
