IPAQ 4150 : Clearing unwanted and hidden files

Any of you guys know how to do the above?. i need to get rid of temp files and stuff which I don't know is there to make the machine run a bit quicker. Any help would be great !

mem maid is a great piece of software. it clears internet history files, temp files, etc. i highly recommend this software

Keep in mind that any items included in the OS FlashROM image (Pocket Word, Pocket Excel, Media Player, etc) cannot be deleted. However, they do not occupy any RAM space unless you actually run them.

I second the motion for MemMaid. Set it to run a quick clean as part of your soft reset cycle and you will have taken a giant step toward keeping your device more trash free.

Just tried to download the trial of 'memmaid' and its saying that the trial has expired....I haven't even started using yet !.
Any help appreciated.........
