Does the 4150's headphone 'hole' have a line IN and OUT?
I want to use Skype using a headphone with built-in microphone, similar to mobile phones.

No, it only has a line out, i.e. headphones.

In this instance, your best option for Skype would be a Bluetooth headset.

Hmm.. not sure all the firmware etc. is suitable for bluetooth headset?
I'm using iPaq 4150 (rom v1.10)

Unfortunately the 4150 does not appear to be one of the units hackable to support a BT headset.

Right you are. I do recall that registry hack working for the h1940, h2215, but not the h4150. Rotten luck. :(
