I have XV6600 and its been great most of the time

This week, I am on vacation and I was able to use bluetooth Dial-Up Network connect to my laptop with no problem.

Only problem is it kept disconnect in about 10 minutes every time. I noticed XV6600 automatically dial #777 itself even I didnt touch it. Maybe something else trigged it to dial automatically.

Perhaps its weather program or something.

Is it dialing #777 after it disconnects?

Yes, it disconnect bluetooth dial-up network once it dial #777.

After trial and error, I found out that it caused by pop3 setting. I set it up to automatically check and retrieve emails every 15 minutes. I had to change to 60 minutes for now especially on bluetooth dial-up network.

Note: it will still disconnect once it reach 60 minutes anyway. However you can disable pop3 checkup if you wish. You can always manually check pop3 at anytime.

I dont think it shouldnt disconnect bluetooth but there's nothing I can do about it.
