I've seen the full version and it's got some good stuff in it - I think it's worth the bucks.

I have the first version and to be completely honest I find little in it that cannot be learned from the pages of Pocketgear.com, Handango.com, PDAGold.com, etc. It contains plenty of publicity for popular software on the market and the inevitable promotion of Spb products.

To be fair, it does contain some words of wisdom, too, but not 20 dollars worth.

I'd definitely recommend it to someone who doesn't float around PDA sites very much and would like to know more about their PDA, but not before suggesting they spent a few hours surfing sites like this one.

Is version 1.5 different because of its 40-odd tweaks? I hope so, but personally I won't be paying for it.

due to a discount code, i did get the FULL version before...

unfortunately - most of the tips here are PUBLIC domain, ie., there is nothing here you wont be able to learn from sites like PPCT (and for me, Aximsite)...

and as the previous posted noted - just marketing for apps...

my suggestion - just join a PPC site, just browse through for a couple of days, and you can even compile your own "Tips and Tricks"

not worth the US$20.00 - my mistake then

In general, most "tips & tricks" books won't reveal what you can't already find by scouring several forums or being active in communities such as PPCT. However, this kind of activity really only describes a small subset of the overall user population. So books like these can be considered extremely helpful to beginners or those who don't spend too much time scouring thousands-upon-thousands of threads and articles.
