Any idea about where to find a worldwide weather report for the TODAY home screen?

Have you tried using dedicated Weather applications such as Spb Weather, WeatherPanel, PocketWeather, JournalBar, etc.?

Alternatively, you can always visit weather pages through Pocket Internet Explorer (or any other mobile browser you have installed).
