Suitable for application in medical, distribution and manufacturing industries, the Pocket@i EX will be available in four models - barcode scanner-equipped, QR code scanner-equipped, RFID tag reader-equipped, and finally, one without a scanner altogether. The Pocket@i EX sports an Intel PXA 27x processor with 64MB RAM, 64MB ROM and a 3.5" 65K QVGA screen. It measures in at 79mm x 157mm x 25mm and has a base weight of 290g.
