HP ipaq 4350 speaker problem.. HELP!!!

hello everyone.. heres the problem. Last night I was listening to some music thru the headphone and it was working fine, so then I just turned off the Pocket PC to get some sleep. This morning I woke up, and tried to use it again without the headphone, the speaker doesnt work! But if I plug the headphone in half way the speaker works again, and when I plug it in fully only the right earphone works... So whats this problem? Software or Hardware? Anything will be helpful, thanks!

This may sound really random, but try plugging and unplugging your headphones around 10-20 times. I'm thinking somewhere along the lines, your Pocket PC's "switch" between headphones and speaker got stuck, so hopefully, you can put it back to its normal state.

called HP support, says its about something wrong with main circuit board.. want $200... what do you guys think?
