Looking for a developer to help with a PCB design application.

I have a Schematic Capture and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design application I've been working on and haven't gotten very far due to lack of time and experience. I'm looking for a developer that is willing to help get me headed in the right direction.

Or maybe someone can suggest a commercial PPC SW developer.

Any ideas?
