HELP Associating pictures 2 phone numbers

I have an associate that has the same phone as I do (PPC 6600) but his has no camera. When he gets a call the picture of the person that he has in his pictures folder comes up. We looked for the "associate picture" in the drop box on mine and it want there.
Wher can 2 get the ability to do this?
