Help with Ipaq rx1710 Sd card detection

I cannot get it to find my sd card no matter wht i do i downloaded the new drivers from hp no luck i even hard rester it no luck i installed flash format and no luck can you please help (I have a 256mb SanDisk SD card)

You may have a faulty SD slot.
Try reading the card in another reader to make sure it's not the card.
Go to a store that has the same model and see if that will read the card.
It has happened with other HP models.
I think the 4700 had a detection issue wich was more software related but I could be wrong.....
