This guy went out and registered a domain and launched a Web site for the sole purpose of complaining about this tactic, and I don't blame him: I'd be ticked off if anything like this happened outside my window. What I find strange though is that he didn't seem to do anything about it, like going down to the car and asking them to stop it. What would you have done in his place?
