I am looking for an application to keep track of the 200+ eBooks that I carry around with me. The index in ereader just doesn't have enough info for me.
Does anyone know of a good application that wil fit the bill?

I use booklib http://www.freewareppc.com/hobbies/booklib.shtml. It does almost everything I was looking for in a library app. It has a couple of idiosyncracies that I don't like, and is a little slow when you get a lot of books in it, but generally does pretty well.

I don't have a special program, I use Excel on my PC. I have columns for first name, last name, where I purchased it, date purchased, cost, date finished, comments, etc. In the same file, I have a sheet for books read and a sheet for books purchased that I haven't read yet. I recently added a "Wish List" sheet.

I use SpreadsheetCE on my PPC. It's much more like the desktop Excel and formatting is not taken out of documents when synced (as long as it is set to no conversion in ActiveSync). And... it wasn't expensive.

Thanks guys. I'll look your suggestions.
I have read 60% of my books and really do need to get onto to the business of tracking very soon.

I started tracking when I realized that I had purchased another copy of the same book! It was a book that had 3 or 4 books in one, but it turned out I had read all of them.

Very disappointing.

Oh Mona I'm right there with ya on that one. Except I bought a hard cover book. I also bought 2 copies of The Da Vinci code. I forgot I bought the first copy.
