I am currently in the process of buying a couple of new pens with stylus capability to it and I have been scouring over the net for one over the last two weeks...

Today, I stumbled into an Office Depot store and found the Rotring Quattro on the clearance table! Now, I don't normally visit the clearance table because I have gotten bitten with lemons way too many times, however, I took a leap of faith today and went home with my new Quattro.

Here are some pics.

It's got Blue( more like black ) ink, fluorescence ink, 0.5mm pencil and stylus.

Made in Germany... one of the reasons I took that leap of faith.

What I like about this pen...

1. 4 in in but still relatively small in size.

2. The stylus is awesom, just pointy enough to make writing easy but not damage the screen protector

3. nice weight

4. the retracting mechanism ensures "no ink on shirts". You have to press the top of the clip in order to retract the pen(or whatever you have out), so it's virtually impossible to put the pen back to your pocket with the ink pen still out.

5. It was a steal! I bought this pen for less than C$30, stylus central has it on for US$40 ( $35 now ) + shipping. Granted, this was on the clearance table and the box isn't exactly mint.

6. All metal body... I love that cold-to-the-touch feeling

What I don't much care for.

1. the pressing part on top sticks out a little too much, looks somewhat awkward.

2. The grip is completely metal with no rubber whatsoeverm, therefore not providing a very good grip.

3. The pen is a little too long for people with small hands such as myself but I can get used it.

4..Not quite formal enough to go with my work wardrobe ( not really the pen's fault though ) I suppose I am stuck with my Cross Morph Digital for now.
