This is what I have been waiting to see, an ambitious use of Flash on PocketPC
http://www.exlib.no/
ExLib is a complete exercise library showing videos of exercises being completed, muscle groups used. It also has an exercise diary where you can keep a record of your workouts including comments.
This is a free application. If you want a serious workout tool and a way to show off the multimedia capabilities of your PDA then this is for you.
Be aware that this is a 16 Mb + installation, but I tested it on my SD card and it runs fine from there.
I found this app as it was one of the winners in a competition held by Macromedia to showcase Flash on PDAs. You can download all of the winners here
http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm#loc=en_us&view=sn410&viewName=Pocket%20PC%20Exchange&avm=1
And you can find out more about the competition here

The other entries are good, but I think ExLib is great. I don't understand why "Temples of Taipei" won the Grand Prize, it's just typical stuff - but then I am only a simple multimedia/training developer, not a judge :-)
