to run www.bulliondesk.com price frame on the pocket pc

i have a hp rx 3700 pda on which i am surfing internet , this particular site www.thebulliondesk.com has frames applet which refreshes the prices automatically that don't happen on pda where as it works smoothly on the desktop it says jvm is running can anyone help me in making this frame run on my pda
