Did you give it a try? A Brighthand discussion suggested that the VGA support didn't really work (i.e., it was still pixel-doubled).

Yes, I did, and what a disappointment it turned out to be. Confirmed that VGA support seems to be lacking, and sent an e-mail to mobipocket support. I'll post back when/if I get a reply.

Thanks for the heads-up. I was going to frontpage it, but decided to hold off until VGA works as advertised. I'm not so sure why they find it so difficult that they'd be misleading. :|

I still haven't received a reply from Mobipocket, but while digging around look what I found:

Testing it out now, but it looks very nice - VGA enabled, hardware buttons support, a lot of control over layout. Still Beta, but very promising.
