Pocket Money 2005 not syncing correctly.

I am having trouble syncing Pocket Money 2005. It seems to just keep trying to sync, but to no avail. Has anyone else had this problem?

can you just delete the program and re-download and re-install it?
do you have money '05 on your computer or are you using a previous version?

I have several suggestions for you, listed in order of liklihood:

1) Ensure you are running the same version of ppc software as you have on your desktop.

2) Ensure you installed PPC Money in the default installation directory.

3) If your desktop money file is password protected, be sure the password was entered correctly.

4) Always sync with the desktop money file BEFORE using the ppc money program, else the ppc proggy may think it's all two different money files.

I would personally suggest a full removal from the ppc device through the activesync interface. Then reinstall from the original installation file, ensuring you install in the default installation folder on the ppc device. Once the installation in complete, go to Money PPC sync options in activesync and enter your password (it should prompt you immediately). Then sync your device and all should be well.
