Reboot Issues

There are times that I have to reboot the unit because it tends to hang in the middle of various programs. Is this typical of the units operation?

First off, which unit is it?

Second, no, Windows Mobile devices should hang only rarely by themselves. More often, it's caused by a poorly-behaving piece of software.

Sorry its the o2 xdaII mini. And the software i have been using are the ones provided when I purchased the phone.
