Bluetooth Keyboard

When I bought my i-Mate JAM, I was also sold a HP iPAQ Bluetooth Keyboard and told that it would work with the JAM. When I tried to get it working, the software loaded from my PC and said it was successful, but the JAM tells me that a file is missing and it will not connect with the keyboard. Does anyone have any experience with this combination of hardware?

I bought the same keyboard and was told it wouldwork with my Toshiba e830.. It woudlnt for the same reason you said. I am sure it is specific to Ipaq only.
