Is there a resource that rates cell phones and provides a list of features by model? I'm looking to buy a new phone/smart phone and I can't seem to find a good site for comparisons/reviews.

I like GSMArena http://www.gsmarena.com/ for this sort of thing. On the left side of the home page is a link for all phone manufacturers, when clicking it your taken to a complete list of all that mfgrs phones. From there you can click one, read about it's features and also read many user submitted reviews on the phone. If you prefer to search for features they have a Phone Finder that you can use to select your required features. You will then be given a list of phones that meet your criteria.

However, I'm not sure they have any CDMA coverage. If you are looking for a non-GSM phone, try phone scoop http://www.phonescoop.com . They list all phone and have similar features as GSM Arena.
