Script or batch files in PPC 2003

Is there any way to create a batch file in PPC 2003? I have about 7 cab files that I would like to have installed after they are on my device. I would like to click just one file instead of click one after another.

The closest thing I have found is a macro/script/batch program called MortRunner.
