The upgrade is for all Navigator 2, Navigator 3, and TomTom HP Navigation Pack (rz1710 and hx2110) owners and is priced at €59 including VAT. Just tried to do the upgrade and it doesn't work for my product key. Will email TomTom and ask them what's going on :).

I don't understand why Ireland seems too be the only country in Western Europe to have been left out.

I bought CoPilot instead which covers Ireland.

I've just gone from PDA TTN3 to a TT GO 300. The GO only comes with a single county map, this upgrade comes with the whole of Europe! Wish I'd stayed with the TTN3 version now.
