PI and Journal - how do you use it?

I would like to start making use of PI's journal feature. How do you use it in day to day life?

Journal is great to keep things not fitting in any category. I use it for:
1) I assign task to my inspector, and on due date he informs me that he needs more time. I Say ok! I move date of Due date to another one, and make a journal entry in the task, so that later I can check what was the conversation like.
2) Use Journal entry to make a phone call, and take the notes. With New build round the corner for PI, it has now time editing also possible.
3) Sometime there are just notes/thoughts I want, so I had created a category named Today's Note, adn I just go on writing things which comes on the mind in a day, adn give it a category as Todays' Note. Later on all my today's note can be viewed.
4) With Journal Sync, also with PI, I can synchronize my journal entries with outlook database too.
