O2 XDA2 mini photo contacts and ringtones

I have a mini and i set up photo contacts and different ring tones for different people but each time someone rings me it plays the default ring tone :cry:

and when i go and look in photo contacts the ring tone for that person has been set to default :?:

if i change it back and preview it works fine - then someone rings and they are changed back to defualt !

anyone else having this problem :oops:

any solutions out there :!:

any suggestions would be much appreciated as I am happy with all other aspects of the machine :D

I also had this same issue.
After doing a soft reset and trying again all worked fine.

i actually found the solution - i had my mp3's in my storage card - as soon as i cut them into shorter versions and put them into memory - i stopped having the problem - it cant seem to cope with them on the card
