need help!

Hi, i have a Ipaq 3765 with windows 2002, but i did a hard reset, not a soft reset, and now i cant use the ipaq, when i reset it, it star all over, and you do the alignment and then it show you how the ipaq work, and i got stuck when it shows me on the screen all about pop menu, but there is no next button or anything, it got blocked, how can i unblock and get the ipaq back to normality

The Next button will only appear when you have done what it says. That is, tap and hold on the entry and select Copy, and then Paste it where it tells you to. If that fails, try another hard reset.
