I was trying to sync the time with tweaks2k2 & it wasn't working, so I decided to set it manually.

When I went into the clock settings I noticed a weird bug.

the time is displayed like so:
10:02 P 5

The 5 is supposed to be the seconds number, but it doesn't change. when I select it, it scrolls through to 12 then back to 1. I'll email tweaks & see if it could be to do with their time sync, but I was wondering if you have any ideas.

uzetaab,

I, too, noticed the same bug, but I do not have the time syncing enabled. I assumed it was due to the tweak that allows the date and time to be placed in the top window bar. Since I do not use the seconds on the clock for much, I did not question it.

Please post the explanation Tweaks provides.

Here is what tweaks said

I have never heard of anything like that. Basically, the sync option
does not change anything but the time in your clock and that does not
change the way it's displayed. The only two possible reasons why the
time sync option is not working are 1- the time server is not working
2- you are not connected to Internet. The first reason is very
unlikely.
My advice to you is to do a soft reset if this happens again to you.

so they had no idea what happened.
Now I Have develloped another problem.
My reminders have stopped working at all.
I am about to do a hard reset to see if it will fix my reminders, but I think I have a solution for the seconds. I get seconds displayed properley now.

I don't know for sure if this is what fixed it, but when I changed the timezone, reset, changed back, reset. The seconds were back. I hadn't checked the seconds before So I don't know if it fixed it, but it seems likely.
