Thanks, but I am trying to find it for under $400....I found this deal for the 20" widescreen http://www.slickdeals.net/category/newdeals#p6094 but i can't seem to find it for the 2001fp. I tried calling Dell, but they wouldn't match the $90 off coupon since it was an "internet only" coupon." any seen anything like this?

Does anyone have a phone number for Dell customer service where English is there primary language spoken? Every time I call or e-mail them I get someone from India whose english 'is not so much.'

That's sort of the way things run. Most of their call centres are in Asia.
