Table of Contents in eBookReader?

Is there a way to see a table of contents in eBookReader? I've looked all other it and can't find anything.

If not, can I use other eBookReaders to read the books that I bought from ebookReader.com?

Okay I've only bought one so far but still.

No, and I can't seem to find any menu option to bring one up. Could it be book specific?
