At http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=344781 , one of the most biggest problems has been discussed, which makes the life of a lot of PPC users harder: the question of over-ROM-upgrade restores.
As I've played around with ROM upgrades, registry diff files and so on a lot, I think I'm able to help in most of these situations. Just let me know which PPC model you need the restoration hack for and export the Registry of your clean PDA if needed (because I don't have access to the PPC in question).
So, does anyone need help, or, does anyone have tips which PPC/which ROM version needs a hack like this?
