MSN Messanger 2003 .CAB File

Ok, I'm dieing here... I've looked everywhere and can't for the life of me find a cab installer for the MSN Messanger 2003 Update. Can anyone help me out here...
Yes, it is easy to just use the computer to do it, but I have absolutely no access to one. Little hard to come by in 3rd world countries.
Anyway... If anyone could help me out here I'd be quite grateful.
Even if there is some sort of work around to it and someone could send me the updated files and any registry changes, maybe that would work?

Thanks for directing me to the download page... but as I mentioned before, I Have NO Access to a PC. So the download page does me no good because microsoft doesn't have anything but the ".exe" setup for a desktop computer.

Can anyone else help me?

Please read my entire first post for my entire problem.

P.S. I only have access to my PDA, and can only use it to access the net... therefore I need a way to apply the update without using a desktop computer.
