"</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/web/2003/westfall-20050509-overlay.jpg" /> <br /><br />For comparison's sake, I've superimposed the Treo over the hw6500 from the photos on Dave's iPAQ, showing that the hw6500 is slightly taller, and a few centimeters wider than the Treo. Otherwise, it sizes pretty nicely, and is significantly smaller than previous keyboard-laden iPAQs. Now all we need are definite release dates and juicy deals to start appearing!

Holy crap...that thing looks beautiful. I am most definitely going to be getting one. I love how small it is! And it doesn't have the antenna sticking out...I never liked the antenna-ridden devices. :-)

That square screen still bugs me though. But I guess there was no choice if they wanted to make a device that small.

I'm betting that the only applications that will have issues with the square screen are games. And since I hardly ever play games on my PPC, this isn't an issue for me. :-) As long as solitare works, I'll be happy.

Close but no cigar. If rumors about an imminant WM treo from PalmOne are true, then why would you get the clone whenyou could have the original...

Looking very very good. I just hope HP has a few tricks for the very stylus dependent WM2003SE.

Not really an exclusive as they are billing it on their site considering the link made its way here first (http://www.ipaqabilities.com/iaforums/viewtopic.php?p=1986#1986) and the pictures came from here (http://www.jaysjerseys.com/phones.htm)...

Hey this isn't an imitation Treo... why get this instead? Well built in GPS for one... I don't see that on a Treo. I'm not in a market for one of these but if I was I would be disappointed in the lack of a high res screen like the Treo 650 has... i mean if you are gonna make the screen smaller, it would be nice to double the resolution. That said, I imagine that wouldn't be good for battery life though. Also too bad that it doesn't have WiFi... unless you have high speed from Verizon or something, WiFi really is a must... or at least two expansion slots so you can use extra storage and wifi at the same time.

Actually, all the Sprint branded CMDA Treos (at least) have integrated AGPS functionality but the wireless providers haven't launched the services yet. The API is available to devs via the java toolkit though... besides there are various BT and cale GPS options for the Treo as well...
