NetFront can, but you'll need the JV-Lite2 Edition.

I'm expecting NetFront 3.2 will be released sometime soon. For the moment, you'll have to stick with NetFront 3.1.

As Darius said, NF is the easiest all-in-one solution.

There're some alternatives too to NF, if you still prefer PIE, if you use Java plug-ins. The two most important plug-ins are Jeode (Insignia), which is no longer sold directly to customers but, if you have previously bought it, it will work great even today and Creme ( www.nsicom.com ).
