pharos cf gps on laptop and simple heading/direction/etc software

anyone know where i can get some drivers for winxp for my pharos icf-gps card? doesnt seem to find any drivers when just plugging it in

and maybe some simple software that can show me some elevation, direction, heading, etc? (hopefully its free :D )
