Hi,
i have a pda2k running 2003 (also a qtek running 2002) compact framework 1.0 sp3
I am using c#'s File.Copy() method.
The problem is that if a file is being written druing power off the storage card (SD or MMC) card fills up with ghost files.
Explorer will say that there is only one 220k file on the card but eventually the card becomes full and has to be reformatted.
This thread http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=27614 seems similar but it says that it doesnt occur in 2002 (which it does for me)

have tried the reg-edit in that thread and doesn't work,
all that does is make it wait before turning off, still looses space
