Avantgo Down?

Its 9:30 EST and I cannot reach Avantgo. Are they performing system maintenance?

Yes it is down all weekend. From 5:00PM on Friday until 11:59PM on Sunday is what it was saying last night and today. Would have thought they would have a Maintance web page up at least.

Ditto. I was getting worried for a minute when there was no connection from activsync and then i couldnt get to their site.

Avantgo goes down very regularly. I'm glad I don't depend on their content, but I still sync it on the off chance that I'll want to read it at some point.

It does??? This is the first time it has effected me and have have been useing it for nearly a year.

Often while I'm at work, I'll see an exclamation point on ActiveSync, and sure enough under AvantGo "1 unresolved item". When I try to get it to sync, nothing. The last month or two it's been happening oftem.

Maybe that's why they're performing maintenence :)

Looks like the sites backup at least. Haven't had a chance to sync. Here's the message from Avantgo.

"The AvantGo service will be down for maintenance from Friday, April 29, at 17:00 PDT to Sunday, May 1, at 23:59 PDT."

You'd think they would ahv ethe message sync so people would know.
