GPS PAD, which was just updated to v1.14, has a plethora of features worth poking a stick at, and on top of all that, it is claimed that it only consumes 620KB of memory and that it can also be installed on a storage card. I haven't put those claims to the test yet, but I'm sure some of you are eager to find it out for yourselves. The Pocket PC Thoughts software store has a trial version available for download, and if it's what you're after, $14.95 will grab you the full version.
