weird Outlook Intellisync Louts Notes problem

Hi everyone, at home I entered variuous contacts into my Outlook 2003 client. It created birthday reminders within the calendar which I synced to my Pocket PC. Fine. At work, I have to sync my Pocket PC with Lotus Notes. I do that by using Intellisync. After that all my birthday reminders are imported into Notes. Still fine.

But now, when syncing again with Notes, Intellisync wants to delete all my birthday reminders on the Pocket PC, although they remain within Notes.

Isn't that weird? Anyone have a solution to that problem?

BG, I used to be a longtime Intellisync user, but after I struggled with its incompatibility with Pocket Informant, I switched over to mNotes from Commontime and never looked back. I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but it may give you another avenue to pursue.
