I want to get a CF card a nice one. I was looking at Sandisk Ultra IIGB CF but it was almost $500!!

I did. I like it. I used a different merchant though but you got a better price.

If you're going to spend that much, you might as well get the Sandisk 4 GB CF card for around $270. There's not much of a difference in speed unless you're using a high-end digital camera, and you get more space.

It's just the regular CF card which costs around $270. The previous poster was simply saying that there's little reason to get an Ultra for a PDA. The higher speeds would be more useful for a digital camera.

I bought one a couple weeks ago when they were $307 delivered (still a great price compared to all the competitors) and am enjoying it.

They also have 2 GB Ultra IIs for $139.99 delivered.

Now if only they sold the 8 GB card for $525, I would be all over it! :D

I've ordered from eCost a few times before and have had no problems.

But in this case, why pay $276 for a regular 4GB CF card when you can get the faster Ultra II card from Dell for $262.49?

Understandable. They have some shady sales practices, but they're usually reliable to deliver on what's ordered.

Ya I heard some bad practices of them, so I did not get it from them. But yeah I got a SanDisk 4GB CF Ultra II for $276USD. That is great to me!! :D It is coming tomorrow, I hope, I got next day!! Yippeee! Cant wait.
