Does anyone know how well the SNES emulation works on PALM PDAs? esp. the CLIE UX50?

It doesnt, at all.

Even if there would be an emulator for PalmOS for Snes on the high end Clie´s it wouldnt even run becouse of its processor(123MHz Sony Handheld Engine, great batterylife, crap performance)

You mean it doesn't run at all? Or it doesn't run well? Here's the website for a SNES emulator for Palm PDAs (supposidly): http://yoyofr92.free.fr/ljz/ . Or is this a fake?

This is the page I got it from (which includes a screen shot): http://www.palmsource.com/interests/emulators/

lol and you meant poor battery life, right?

You need a better device. Like my zodiac will jadle it better. I have more RAM and more Heap Memory. It was almost built for emulation. Plus it has three processors. The ATI graphics, the YAMAHA sound, and the standard Palm Processor. So even if 200Mhz isnt fast, there is more to take over by the other processes.

I had a TH55 CLIE. Had the same 123MHz processor. Gameplay and sound effects in general were quite poor when everything happend at one time. Like music, explosions, button pressing and screen taping, way too much for my CLIE to take.
