A new Problem

Hi everyone,

I was cleaning my write shield and put it back on my unit. All of a sudden my screen doesn't reconize my stylus. I've tried soft resetting and even a hard reset all to no avail.

Now with the hard reset done I can't seem to navigate past the screen aligment from bad to worse.

Any thoughts as to how this can be fixed. My unit is the HP2210

Sorry for the hasty post I managed to get it working. As it turned out it was the writeshield. I guess I must have done a poor job in placing it back on

my mom had this same problem with her palm, the writeshield was keeping the hardware buttons from working. palm support was clueless. told her to try a hard reset.
