I got imov messenger to use MSN but I'm confused. It doesn't log into my normal MSN account ?!!? Is it supposed to because it says I have no contacts. I only wanted this so I could talk to my msn contacts. Help please!!!

iMov Messenger doesn't log into your MSN Messenger account and, therefore, can't download your buddy list. It must be manually entered into iMov Messenger.

So... can I add a person that uses normal msn on there PC and see them in iMov and talk to them?

I have not used it in a longtime.. since I do not use the wifi on my device to chat on messenger. But as soon as I login it shows all my contacts for both Yahoo and MSN, I have not added anyone to my list with imov... but I don't see why that should be an issue.

Do you log on to a specific server or somthing? Because when I log on I have no contacts or anything.

I know this post is a bit late, but still...
I tried iMOV, and I REALLY didn't like it.
Use Agile Messenger; it's free, and it doesn't use anyone's server but yahoo's/aol's/msn's/etc. iMOV uses some business's server, I think.
But anyway, it's awesome, and works well.
