Hi,
Does anyone know why Adobe Acrobat 1.0 OR 2.0 is showing very jagged text in VGA PPC? With my old iPAQ 5400, I can use Adobe 1.0 for PPC and the text is not jaggy.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

It's because Acrobat is doing what's called "pixel doubelling" to try to fill the higher-resolution screen. You can apply a hack to Acrobat to make the text crisp again (though it futzes with the size of the splash screen and all the application buttons).
You can get the hack for free from this page:

Or you might try the excellent program Tweaks2K2, which can apply this patch for you to Acrobat, or any other program you like (like TomeRaider). The program is inexpensive, and I think this feature alone pays for it.

Thanks, hamish! There are so many features/issues/configuration with the PPC now it's hard to keep up with everything.
